I produced an interactive video series for Fair work Ombudsman on Diversity, Discrimination, Managing Employees and Flexibility. The videos highlight the benefits of a diverse workforce and provide frameworks for achieving this. They provide engaging and realistic examples that empower employers by providing strategies to prevent discrimination and respond to complaints constructively. Users are able to make decisions and see how the situation unfolds. I produced all the video content for the interactive experience from pre-production to filming and post-production.
